Introduction

Hi!

I help owners and leadership teams turn strategy into an executable plan.
This page describes a structured set of strategic services — from defining mission and priorities to market and competitive analysis, scenario planning, and the rollout of corporate and functional strategies.

You can use these seven modules as an end-to-end program (from diagnosis to roadmaps and implementation guidance) or as standalone engagements, depending on where your business or product is stuck right now.

What you get as an outcome is not “advice”, but concrete deliverables: clear priorities, a map of market forces, validated competitive advantages, a situational analysis (SWOT–PEST–SNW), and practical roadmaps for 3–5 years — with a focus on what can be executed in real teams and real constraints.

If you are reviewing my expertise for hiring purposes, please use the For Employers section — it contains a deeper view of methodology and artifacts.

What I Do

Below you will find the list of services and strategic tasks in which I provide professional expertise. These reflect the areas where I support clients: defining missions and priorities, market and competitive analysis, assessing advantages, developing strategic plans, formulating corporate and functional strategies, and guiding organizations through transformation and growth.

№1 Strategy Foundations: Mission, Goals, Priorities

Define the strategic direction and decision rules: what you will pursue, what you will not pursue, and how success is measured.

Deliverables

  • Mission / strategic intent (1–2 options)
  • 3–7 strategic priorities with rationale
  • High-level KPI tree (North Star + supporting metrics)
  • Constraints and assumptions log (what the plan depends on)

Typical duration: 3–7 working days

№2 Market & Customer Analysis

Build a clear picture of the market: demand, segments, customer needs, willingness to pay, and growth drivers.

Deliverables

  • Market map: segments, trends, demand drivers, risks
  • ICP (ideal customer profile) and segmentation logic
  • Jobs-to-be-done / needs map (pragmatic, not academic)
  • Key growth opportunities and “where to play” options

Typical duration: 1–2 weeks

№3 Competitive Landscape & Strategic Positioning

Assess competitors and define how you win: differentiation, defensibility, and strategic positioning.

Deliverables

  • Competitor map and benchmarking (product, pricing, channels, strengths)
  • Differentiation thesis (why us vs. alternatives)
  • Positioning statement + messaging pillars
  • Risks: copyability, entry barriers, likely competitor reactions

Typical duration: 1–2 weeks

№4 Situational Analysis: SWOT + External Forces + Internal Capabilities (SNW)

Convert analysis into actionable insights: what helps, what blocks, what must be fixed first.

Deliverables

  • SWOT (tight, evidence-based)
  • External forces scan (PEST-style, only what matters)
  • Internal capabilities assessment (SNW / strengths–neutral–weaknesses)
  • Problem framing: 3–5 core constraints that limit growth/execution

Typical duration: 1 week

№5 Scenarios & Roadmaps (3–5 years)

Model alternative futures and translate them into practical roadmaps with options, triggers, and milestones.

Deliverables

  • 3 scenarios: downside / base / upside (assumptions + triggers)
  • Roadmaps for each scenario (initiatives, sequencing, dependencies)
  • Resource-level view (people/capex/opex ranges, not “promises”)
  • Risk register + mitigation plan

Typical duration: 1–2 weeks

№6 Corporate Strategy: Choices, Resource Allocation, Execution Setup

Turn strategy into an operating plan: strategic choices, portfolio of initiatives, governance, and cadence.

Deliverables

  • Strategic choice set (“where to play / how to win”)
  • 90-day execution plan + initiative portfolio
  • Governance: owners, decision rights, review cadence
  • KPI rhythm: what is tracked weekly/monthly/quarterly

Typical duration: 2–4 weeks

№7 Functional Strategies: Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations

Align functions with the strategy so execution is consistent across the organization.

Deliverables

  • Functional strategy outlines (per function)
  • Operating model alignment: responsibilities, interfaces, handoffs
  • Budget logic and priorities linked to strategic initiatives
  • Hiring/skills plan and performance measurement framework

Typical duration: 2–6 weeks (depends on number of functions)
